Birthday of Police Director Leonardo A. Espina

      Upon the instruction of FFCCCII President Dr. Alfonso Siy, Vice President Domingo Yap, Adviser of External Affairs Committee, accompanied Chairman George Chua Cham  and Co-Chairman Nelson Guevarra to greet Police Director Leonardo A. Espina during his birthday celebration on July 19, 2013 at his new office in Camp Crame, Quezon City.  They  also greeted him on his recent promotion as Chief of Directorial Staff of Philippine National Police, the 4^th highest position in the police force.

     On the same occasion, the FFCCCII officers also congratulated the new National Capital Regional Police Office (NCRPO) Regional Director, Police Chief Supt. Marcelo Garbo Jr. He was the former Director of Police Regional Office 7, which covers Central Visayas. During the meeting, he was introduced by Chief PNP, Police Director General Alan Purisima to the FFCCCII officers. PNP Chief Purisima further briefed the new NCRPO  Director that FFCCCII works in close partnership with the Philippine National Police (PNP) to fight against crimes and terrorism and has supported  various projects of the PNP.
